How to use Careprost Eye Drops?

Careprost should be applied to the affected eye as directed by your doctor, usually once a day in the evening. Contact your doctor for the correct dosage and duration of treatment, as this

will depend on the patient’s condition and their response to the medication. To instill eye drops, tilt your head back slightly and pull your lower eyelid down, creating a small eye bag. Hold the dropper over your eye, squeeze a drop of medicine into your eye and close your eye. Use your fingers to gently press on the inner corner of the eye for about 1 minute to prevent fluid from draining into the tear duct.

FAQs

Q.1) What is Careprost?

Careprost is used to grow your own eyelashes to make them longer, thicker and darker.

Q.2) How to use Conprost?

Careprost is to be applied to the upper eyelid where the lashes are in contact with the skin. Do not apply it on the lower eyelid.

Q.3) What is the difference between Careprost and Latisse?

Latisse is manufactured by Allergan* and contains the active ingredient bimatoprost 0.03%. Careprost is produced by Sun Pharma, and the active ingredient is bimatoprost 0.03%. The biggest difference is price.

Q.4) Does Careprost really work?

Yes it works! Many of our team members and patients use CareProst and are happy to discuss their results and experiences. Just ask!

Q.5) How does Careprost work?

The active ingredient in Careprost Eyelash Serum is called bimatoprost. Studies have shown that eyelash growth is achieved by increasing the percentage of follicle anagen (or anagen) hairs. Bimatoprost prolongs this growth phase, promoting longer lashes. It also promotes extra lash growth, making your lashes thicker.

Q.6) What is the size of the bottle and how long does a bottle last?

Each 3ml bottle of Careprost® contains 3ml of solution and comes with an applicator. It is recommended to discard the bottle after 30 days of opening.

Q.7) Does Careprost need to be refrigerated?

Do not. In fact, it’s a good idea to keep it handy—like in your bathroom—so you’ll remember to use it every day.
